The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 336 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200.01 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 2.70% to 123.65 million liras, compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 297.27 liras and 301.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 330.81 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 227.40 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.71 Turkish liras at 11.16 GMT on Tuesday.
