The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 1,131 Turkish liras between 15.00 and 21.00 (1200-1800 GMT) while the lowest will be 659.98 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 6.7% to 484.69 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 883.06 liras and 880.67 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday was set as 1,131 liras between 17.00 and 18.00 (1400-1500 GMT), with the lowest at 648.03 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 10.23 Turkish liras at 1200 GMT on Tuesday.
