The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 321 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 225.62 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a increase of 1% to 152.85 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 285.40 liras and 287.30 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 317.64 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 241.99 liras at 04.00 and 12.00 local times.
US$1 equals 8.29 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Tuesday.
