The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 08.00 (0500 GMT), while the lowest will be 500 liras at 03.00 local time (0000 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 8.33% to 412.40 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 725.92 liras and 729.56 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday was set as 1,131 liras at 08.00 (0500 GMT) and between 15.00 and 19.00 local time (1200-1600 GMT), and the lowest at 399.99 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.71 Turkish liras at 1130 GMT on Tuesday.
