The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 325.31 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 69.03 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a increase of 311% to 100.4 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 248.68 liras and 249.81 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 300 liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest was set as 0 (zero) from 09.00 to 10.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.81 Turkish liras on Tuesday.
