The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 336.43 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 193.96 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed an increase of 24% to 141.410 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 304.76 liras and 303.33 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 331.07 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest was 100 liras at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.87 Turkish liras at 1114 GMT on Monday.
