The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 327.49 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 149.99 lira at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed an increase of 36.7% to 108.99 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 257.98 liras and 257.17 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 326.80 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest was at 19.99 lira at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.03 Turkish liras at 1124 GMT on Tuesday.
