The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 343.8 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200.10 liras at 00.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed an increase of 30.29% to 153.58 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 311.32 liras and 313.32 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 340.01 liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 107.15 liras at 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.12 Turkish liras at 1208 GMT on Tuesday.
