The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 595 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 23.00 local times and the lowest will be 348.83 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.05% to 307.89 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 523.86 liras and 527.16 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 595 liras at 09.00, 10.00, 11.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 and 20.00 local times and the lowest at 349.04 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.72 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Tuesday.
