The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 577.60 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 324.00 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 8.85% to 264.93 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 452.41 liras and 457.93 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 559.56 liras at 20.00 and 21.00 local times and the lowest at 325 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.69 Turkish liras at 1427 GMT on Tuesday.
