The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 617 Turkish liras at 00.00, and between 09.00 to 22.00 local times, while the lowest will be 367.094 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tusday's electricity market showed an increase of 2.6% to 332.78 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 563.09 liras and 567.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 617 Turkish liras at 00.00, 01.00 and between 08.00 to 23.00 local times, while the lowest was 374.82 liras at 06.00 local time
US$1 equals 8.67 Turkish liras at 1127 GMT on Tuesday.
