The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 349.99 Turkish liras at 14.00 and 15.00 local times and the lowest will be 232.93 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Tuesday showed an increase of 2.49% to 184.6 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 314.44 liras and 316.03 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 324.56 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 232.93 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.93 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Tuesday.
