The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 340 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 280 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 2.94% to 153.5 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 325.19 liras and 326.82 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 345.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time, and the lowest was 249.99 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.88 Turkish liras on Tuesday.
