The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 316.22 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 179.99 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 11.04% to 109.6 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 284.06 liras and 286.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 335.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 111.35 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.94 Turkish liras on Tuesday.
