Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, Feb. 5

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 159.02 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 328.95 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 238,20 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.



Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 5.91% to 159.02 million liras compared to Monday.



The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 301.17 liras and 304.26 liras, respectively.



The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 338.97 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 231,40 liras at 04.00 local time.



US$1 equals 5.97 Turkish liras on Tuesday at 1219 GMT.
