Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, Feb. 17

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 169.75 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 328.84 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest will be 224.00 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an decrease of 3.25% to 169.75 million liras compared to Monday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 298.77 liras and 296.78 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 322.73 liras at 11.00 and the lowest at 230.58 liras at 03.00 local time.

US$1 equals 6.91 Turkish liras at 1131 GMT on Tuesday.
