The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 298.11 Turkish liras at 20.00, and the lowest will be 10 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 26.8% to 62.64 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1147.32 liras and 150.07 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday will be 322.26 liras at 20.00, and the lowest at 96 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1114 GMT on Tuesday.
