The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 325.26 Turkish liras at 21.00 and the lowest will be 310.17 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.87% to 179.48 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 318.97 liras and 241.10 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set 328.97 Turkish liras at 20.00 and the lowest 241.10 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.12 Turkish liras at 1111 GMT on Tuesday.
