Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, April 14

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 192.74 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 327.39 Turkish liras at 20.00 and the lowest will be 229.99 liras at 13.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an decrease of 9.6% to 192.74 million liras compared to Monday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 300.99 liras and 300.04 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 334.74 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 315.07 liras at 23.00 local time.

US$1 equals 8.14 Turkish liras at 1104 GMT on Tuesday.
