Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, April 1

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 56.8 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 323.62 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be 1 lira at 03.00 and 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 35.3% to 56.8 million liras compared to Monday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 133.55 liras and 138.68 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 324.66 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be 69.86 liras at 07.00 local time.

US$1 equals 6.57 Turkish liras at 1152 GMT on Tuesday.
