The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 311.60 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 232.26 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a increase of 17.84% to 173.72 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 296.37 liras and 298.39 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 800.01 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 199.99 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.46 Turkish liras at 1127 GMT on Monday.
