The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 317.69 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 244 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 13.8% to 164.45 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 295.28 liras and 296.819 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set at 560 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 257.17 liras at 17.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.89 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Monday.
