The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 578 Turkish liras at 19.00, 20.00 and 21.00 and the lowest will be 300 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 6.26% to 234.08 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 415.24 liras and 415.60 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 500 liras at 21.00 and the lowest at 341.45 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.36 Turkish liras at 1106 GMT on Monday.
