Spot market electricity prices for Tuesday, March 13

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows trade volume as 65.14 million Turkish liras for electricity market

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 178.18 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time, the lowest will be 118.69 liras at 04.00 and 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Monday's electricity market decreased 11.17 percent to 65.14 million liras compared to Sunday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday is calculated as 151.26 liras and 152.29 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Monday was 216.77 liras at 09.00 local time, the lowest was 124.97 liras at 14.00 local time.

US$1 equals 3.81 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
