The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 315.74 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 197.82 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Monday showed a decrease of 4.8% to 164.3 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 297.47 liras and 299.24 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 334.99 liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 249.98 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.86 Turkish liras at 1129 GMT on Monday.
