The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,000 Turkish liras between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. local time (1100 and 2000 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,000 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 10.7% to around 1.87 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,819.86 liras and 2,831.75 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (1400 and 1900 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,056.99 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 32.70 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
