The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,700 Turkish liras at 09.00 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is determined as 1000 liras at 09.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m. local time (0600 and 1300 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 17.03% to 770.7 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,838.23 liras and 1,845.69 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,750 Turkish liras at 07.00 and 09.00 p.m. local time (1600 and 1800 GMT), 500 liras at 08.00 a.m. local time (0500 GMT).
US$1 equals 17.37 liras at 1111 GMT on Monday.
