The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 1,345 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 11.00 local time (0500 - 0800 GMT), and between 14.00 and 17.00 (1100 - 1400 GMT), while the lowest will be 791.86 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 11.8% to 718.16 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,173.44 liras and 1,186.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Monday was set as 1,345 liras between 08.00 and 09.00 local time (0500 - 0600 GMT), with the lowest at 794.88 liras at 02.00 local time (2300 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.51 Turkish liras at 1109 GMT on Monday.
