Spot market electricity prices for Tuesday, Feb. 23

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 174.7 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 324.86 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest at 309 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.3% to 174.7 million liras compared to Sunday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 317.02 liras and 317.23 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 322.11 liras at 18.00 and the lowest at 237.64 liras at 03.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.00 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Monday.
