The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 331.51 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 223.87 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.95% to 162.39 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 289.14 liras and 290.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 329.27 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 224.22 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.44 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Monday.
