The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 326.68 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 229.98 liras at 00.00, 03.00 and 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.41% to 161.41 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.76 liras and 290.849 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 321.21 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 229.98 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.85 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Monday.
