Spot market electricity prices for Tuesday, Dec. 1

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 159.62 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 332.87 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 234.99 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 07.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.75% to 159.62 million liras compared to Sunday.


The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 291.79 liras and 294.14 liras, respectively.



The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 338.63 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 225.01 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.77 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Monday.
