The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 331.31 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 210 liras at 09.00 and 10.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 4.94% to 125.61 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 300 liras and 300.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was 329.13 liras at 19.00, and the lowest was 204.99 liras at 09.00 and 12.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1110 GMT on Monday.
