The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 567.00 Turkish liras at 19.00 and 20.00 and the lowest will be 320.28 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 24.29% to 222.51 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 382.22 liras and 381.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set 379.67 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 50.01 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.31 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Monday.
