The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 609.99 Turkish liras at 16.00 local times (1300 GMT), while the lowest will be 300 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 3.6% to 297.9 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 508.16 liras and 511.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday was set as 630 liras at 10.00 local times (0700 GMT) and the lowest at 437.92 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.87 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Wednesday.
