The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 549.02 Turkish liras at 15.00 local time and the lowest will be 291.12 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 9.42% to 209.14 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 362.10 liras and 367.66 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set at 563 liras at 14.00 and 19.00 local times and the lowest at 297.66 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.87 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Wednesday.
