The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 318.94 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 241.99 liras at 02.00 and 06.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.32% to 152.3 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.00 liras and 289.47 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 316.48 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 235.98 liras at 03.00 and 23.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.45 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Wednesday.
