Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, Nov. 26

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 176.4 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 335.57 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 217.87 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.65% to 176.4 million liras compared to Tuesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 294.92 liras and 297.73 liras, respectively.


The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 329.77 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest as 217.82 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.96 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Wednesday.
