Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, Nov. 12

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 159.36 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 326.39 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 235 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4.3% to 159.36 million liras compared to Tuesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 289.77 liras and 291.52 liras, respectively.


The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 321 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 225.62 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 7.97 Turkish liras at 1134 GMT on Wednesday.
