The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 321.42 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 110 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 10% to 89.7 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 224.46 liras and 224.93 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 325.31 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 69.03 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.77 Turkish liras on Wednesday.
