The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 324.39 Turkish liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest will be 228.30 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 6.17% to 132.469 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 290.34 liras and 290.65 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 336.43 liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest at 193.96 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.79 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Wednesday.
