The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 325.77 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 220 liras at 06.00 and 07.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed an increase of 19% to 129.80 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 293.93 liras and 294.36 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 326.80 liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 19.99 liras at 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.98 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Wednesday.
