The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 373.77 Turkish liras at 20.00 and the lowest will be 173.78 liras at 12.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 23.74% to 141.02 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 297.47 liras and 297.60 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 450 liras at 19.00 and 20.00 and the lowest at 250.01 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.33 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Wednesday.
