The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 334.05 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.99 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 12.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed an decrease of 2.41% to 131 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 277.02 liras and 279.76 liras, respectively.
