The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 216.41 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, the lowest will be 95.01 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Wednesday's electricity market decreased 0.68 percent to 84.19 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Thursday is calculated as 178.04 liras and 179.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Wednesday was 214.13 liras at 08.00, 09.00 and 11.00 local time, the lowest was 134.96 liras at 23.00 local time.
US$1 equals 4.00 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
