The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 322.80 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 237.12 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.8% to 168.1 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 291.60 liras and 293.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 335.65 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest will be 237.79 liras at 02.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.97 Turkish liras at 1112 GMT on Wednesday.
