The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 327.72 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest will be 168.99 liras at 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a decrease of 4.8% to 136.7 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 272.15 liras and 276.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 329.56 liras at 08.00 local time, and the lowest was 157.13 liras at 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.46 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Wednesday.
