The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 205.08 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time, the lowest will be 79.99 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Wednesday's electricity market increased 2.66 percent to 68.94 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Thursday is calculated as 167.20 liras and 168.92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Wednesday 192.04 liras at 09.00 local time, the lowest was 124.75 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 13.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.85 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
