The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 379.98 Turkish liras at 10.00 local time and the lowest will be 325 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.6% to 188.6 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 359.38 liras and 360.38 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 399.99 liras at 10.00, 11.00 and 14.00 local times and the lowest at 319.91 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.62 Turkish liras at 1104 GMT on Wednesday.
