The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 585.22 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 342.29 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 9.19% to 289.3 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 481.73 liras and 487.88 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 577.60 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 324.00 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.63 Turkish liras at 1417 GMT on Wednesday.
